The BScalf

The new downstairs bath.  It was originally a simple powder room.  We took over an adjacent linen closet, re-orientated the room, added a shower, new glass-block window, and now it’s a second full-bath for the house. 

We wanted to feel classic with the black hex floor tile, but we chose to have some fun and go a little bright and funky with hints of the 70′s in our vanity light.  You’ll also note the the vanity is a smaller version of the custom-built one in the master bedroom. 

Finally, we were conscious of incorporating Universal design to this room, so if needed, individuals could age in place in this home.
