You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Twelfth Night Productions, Youngstown Hall, Seattle WA

This is one of my favorites! I had so much fun designing this one, and the cast and energy was just amazing. The plot for this is non-linear, just a series of vignettes, so I also deconstructed the set. Obviously I pulled inspiration directly from the comic strip. The orchestra pit up upstage, behind the actors. I created these over-sized classic theater cubes to act as various props and locations: the lunch bench, the sofa, brick wall, and iconic stripes.
